Hi, I’m Vianey Becerra, a real estate advisor specialized in the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit markets. I was born in Ruiz, Nayarit, into a close-knit and loving family that taught me the values that guide my work today: integrity, empathy, and deep commitment.

I earned a degree in Tourism, which allowed me to build a career in the hospitality industry for several years. That experience shaped my service philosophy and taught me to always put people first in everything I do.

I’ve been living in this beautiful bay for over 20 years—a region I deeply love and where I’ve built my family. I’m married to a wonderful man and proud mom to an incredible teenager. There’s not a day I don’t feel grateful to live surrounded by nature, community, and opportunity.

I truly believe I have one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world: helping people at key moments in their lives. Whether it’s making dreams come true or navigating tough transitions, being part of these life stories is a privilege I don’t take lightly.
